The suspended head box is a playroom product rather than a retail product: it needs an anchor point above and the buyer is almost always an operator, not a shop. That is why we build it to the anchor rather than to a standard size.
The box is upholstered and padded, hung on suspension chains, and carries an access opening with a lockable closure. Chains are supplied to your ceiling height — the wrong chain length is the single most common reason these come back for a re-fit.
We quote this with the ceiling height on the quotation. If you cannot give it, we will quote a standard length and a chain extension.

What chain length do you supply?
To your ceiling height. Send the measurement and it is quoted back on the quotation; if you cannot measure, we quote a standard length plus an extension.
Is the anchor point included?
No — the anchor is buyer-supplied and must be rated for the load. We will tell you what the unit weighs so your builder can spec it.
Can the colour be changed?
Yes, upholstery colour on request.
How does it ship?
Freight, ground floor or loading dock. Installation guidance after delivery.
