This is a wood product, not a leather one, and buyers who have been sold a PU-wrapped imitation elsewhere notice the difference within a minute. Ours is cut from solid board on our own line, sanded, and finished so the grain reads. The angle of the leading edge is fixed by the triangle, and that angle is the reason the model still sells.
Height is adjustable, which matters more than it sounds: the model is sold into everything from a private playroom to a photography studio where the operator needs to match a particular person. Cuff straps sit at the far end. We do not add straps in places that put load on a join.
